Malignant Hip Pain

Tumours in the hip are usually part of metastatic disease, and only occasionally is the hip the primary source. Primary tumours of the hip can easily be mistaken for benign or degenerative conditions (Arthritis, AVN, Chondromatosis) and a high index of suspicion is required.
