Multiligament Injuries PCL+

NB. The description of "PCL+" injuries is my own notation and not generally accepted.

Combined PCL and PLC injuries

Damage to the PLC structures is easily overlooked when treating PCL injuries. It is important to exclude injuries to the PLC before planning treatment of a PLC injury.

High grade PCL injuries (grade 2-3) with more than 10 mm of posterior sag in neutral rotation are highly likely to be part of a multiligament injury.
